Service Description

Gua Sha (TCM Scraping Technique) Gua Sha is a centuries-old TCM method involving the gentle, firm scraping of the skin with a smooth tool (like jade or ceramic) to promote healing. The technique targets areas of stagnant Qi and blood flow using acupuncture channels. Commonly used to treat: * Chronic muscle tension and stiffness. * Neck, shoulder, and back pain. * Symptoms related to the common cold. Note: Temporary red marks ('Sha') are a normal and therapeutic result, signifying release of stagnation.
