Service Description

The initial consultation at the Little Health Barn (near Cobham) will last between 60 and 75 minutes, involves a detailed verbal discussion, a body diagnosis, and a tongue and pulse diagnosis, after which your initial treatment will begin. During your first acupuncture session, I will take your pulses throughout the treatment. This allows the acupuncturist to understand your body's unique needs and what we need to focus on throughout the treatment. Our approach treats both the "root" of your issue (your underlying constitutional health) and the "branch" (the specific symptoms you're experiencing). Using fine needles, we gently stimulate your body's natural healing response. Each treatment is tailored to you, helping to alleviate pain, reduce stress, and enhance your overall vitality. Insurance: some private health care providers/ insurance companies will reimburse for the cost of treatment. Please speak to your company directly about their process.
